We process account identifiers, email addresses and verification status needed for sign-in; connected eBay seller identifiers and encrypted authorisation credentials; listing information used for previews and verification; and edit history, credit balances, trial eligibility, credit requests and related administrative records.
We also process authentication cookies and technical request/security logs. Information comes from you, our sign-in provider and the eBay account you authorise.
Existing variation-picture references may be processed temporarily to preserve their associations. This is not a photo-upload or photo-management service.
We use information to provide the service you request: managing access, connecting your seller account, fetching listings, preparing previews, submitting confirmed changes and checking their outcomes.
We also use information for our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing misuse and repeated free-trial claims, maintaining accurate credit records and investigating uncertain edit outcomes.
Account and eBay authorisation information are necessary for the corresponding features. Without them, those features cannot operate.
We use Clerk for authentication and Replit for hosting and database infrastructure. We exchange information with eBay to perform authorised account connections, listing lookups, confirmed revisions and account-closure processing.
Authorised administrators can access account, activity and credit information needed to operate and support the service.
Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Contact us for information about processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements.
Authentication and session cookies support sign-in and account connections. Blocking them may prevent these features from working.
eBay authorisation credentials are encrypted, and application access is restricted by account and role. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention depends on whether information remains necessary for an active account, a connection, an unresolved edit, a credit balance, security or abuse prevention. We do not promise an arbitrary deletion period that the service cannot enforce.
Following a verified eBay account-closure notification, we remove the affected local eBay connection credentials and associated listing details. This does not delete listings on eBay.
The application login and paid-credit balance may remain. Uncertain edit outcomes and reserved credits are held for administrator review rather than automatically retried, charged or refunded. Limited trial-history and keyed account-suppression records may remain to prevent repeated trials or restoration of a closed connection.
You can disconnect your eBay account in the app or revoke access through eBay. Disconnecting does not automatically erase all historical records.
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information.
Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Trial eligibility is checked automatically against the application account and connected eBay identity. Contact us if you believe a decision is incorrect.
The service is intended for adult sellers and authorised business users, not children. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted.
